First Post

My prior graduate school experience reinforced my appreciation for the field of education. I cherish the active learning opportunities with interdisciplinary students motivated by the curiosity and love of learning. Upon completion of my doctorate degree I look forward to once again becoming part of a university community in which to grow as an educator while ensuring that future teachers have all the appropriate knowledge possible in order to individualize and succeed in the classroom.

    Hi Janet, I would like to work for a university once I complete this degree as well. Do you have a particular one in mind? I live in Las Vegas so I would probably go to UNLV unless I am able to get on as an online professor somewhere.

      I do not have a particular university or location in mind, however, I am flexible and open to options. UNLV may have some online classes you can teach, would that be an available option?

    I love the cover picture and name of your blog! Like you, my long-term goal is to eventually work for a University assisting future teachers as well as continuing to advocate for young children and their families. Great job on the blog!
